Picnic Beer is a mixed fermentation beer, aged in barrels for 2 years and refermented with apple pomace kindly donated from our friends at Little Pomona. This year's vintage makes use of the delicious Blenheim Orange variety, known for its sweetness and a delicate nutty character.
This beer shows lots of soft floral character, with zingy green apple skin on the nose. The acidity is quite tight with bright apple, underripe nectarine and a bone-dry finish.
