If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at webshop@deyabrewing.com and we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or an incorrect contact telephone number. Please check all information is correct when placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are happy to refund or exchange apparel items returned within 21 days from receipt.
Please contact us at webshop@deyabrewing.com to notify us of the return. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received e.g. new / unworn. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage. Refunds can take 10-14 days to be processed from the receipt of goods into our warehouse.
We are happy to exchange the same style for a different size and we will send out the replacement for free. For any other exchanges, please return the item for a full refund and repurchase the new item.
All our apparel products are carefully checked before being sent out. If you do receive a product with a fault please contact us so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
