This gorgeous IPA recipe was hatched over sunset pints in the hop fields of Yakima during our annual hop selection trip in September.
Nils and Theo gatecrashed Barteks YCH selection and stumbled across an insanely unique lot of Citra from Coleman Ag which had been processed at a lower kilning temperature. Max Coleman joined us for beers and a plan was hatched!
Featuring all hand selected Coleman Ag Citra.

SG 20 is a fruit salad IPA, brewed with Wildfarmed malted barley and oats, with a distinctive passionfruit flavour and aroma profile.
Layers of lupulin goodness, leaning heavily on Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop meld with a bright hit of Abstrax passionfruit terpenes to create a heady fruit forward experience.
