This is a mixed fermentation beer made with pressed Regent grapes from Woodchester Valley Vineyard. Aroma is of dark cherry, soft summer berries and some spicy cedar. The acidity starts warm and rounded, accentuating the cherry character which is followed by stemmy, green tannins. The acidity then returns, brighter and juicier, reminiscent of sour boiled candy. Dig deep or just relax.
