SG 25 is an exploration of mouthfeel and texture, pushing our house style in all the right ways..
Laying the foundation with raw wheat in the mash to boost the protein content of the wort, and ester precursors for our yeast to have fun with, this gorgeous SG is absolutely loaded with Nectaron and Simcoe delivering fluffy mangoes and peaches. Beauty.
