Orange blossom and honey on the nose, upfront taste is tart apricot jam, with some 'middle of the nectarine'. The acidity builds slightly, going into tangy peachy sherbet and leading into a long elegant zingy jammy finish.

This one is big.
The acidity, at first bright, becomes softer and warming as the fleshy, plummy, cherry presence of the damsons unfurls. Then there's a bit of a back and forth between very primary plum and oaky sweetness, all brought to a head by the sticky, plump tannins.
This one you can take at face value or dig deep.
