This is a mixed fermentation beer refermented on raspberries. The base blend was moderately acidic and with minimal oak character to let the raspberries show themselves. The fruit itself brings heady fresh fruit and lifts the beer with more acidity. The finish is quick, clean and dry.
This beer gets better with age so we've bundled the vintage 2022 and the of the fresh out of the cask 2024 versions. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the differences in flavour.
