Marinated in... is a hoppy beer series where we explore all things exciting, bright, and beautiful post-hop harvest.
Marinated In Bold River (6.0%)
TFY 7 focusses on Freestyle’s experimental hop NZ05 which delivered big passionfruit, raspberry and mango vibes on the sorting table..Paired with NZ Cascade for a supremely delicious, house style pale ale.
Marinated In Eggers (6.0%)
This delicious IPA focuses on hops from Bold River hop farm, located along the beautiful Hurunui River, NZ. Gareth visited Bold River in March and hand-selected fantastic lots of Nectaron, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin hops.
Something Good 25 (6.5%)
SG 25 is an exploration of mouthfeel and texture, pushing our house style in all the right ways..
Laying the foundation with raw wheat in the mash to boost the protein content of the wort, and ester precursors for our yeast to have fun with, this gorgeous SG is absolutely loaded with Nectaron and Simcoe delivering fluffy mangoes and peaches. Beauty.
Into The Haze 1183 (6.2%)
Into the Haze, our IPA, put through the FWD Project treatment, featuring 1183 as 50% of the dry hop. Even more creamy, soft, and tropical haze, with 1183 featuring heavily alongside Citra and Simcoe.
All DEYA Goods (4.5%)
This juicy, aromatic pale ale is a celebration of all things DEYA x All Day Goods. Featuring Simcoe, lime zest and lime terpenes on the dry hop, a citrusy delight to pair with your ALL DEYA Goods goodies
Into The Ever Haze (7%)
DEYA x Tripping AnimalsThis is a gorgeous collaboration with our friends at Tripping Animals. A fusion of our legendary tropical fruit-forward Into the Haze with Tripping Animals’ amazing Ever Haze. Citra, Simcoe and Motueka on the exchanges.
Summer Ale (4.5%)
A crisp, tropical and delicious pale ale brewed for warmer evenings. This year, tropical lots of Nelson Sauvin take the lead on the dry hop, backed up by Idaho 7 and Citra.
Think For Yourself 5 (4.8%)
We loaded up a ton of whole cone Harlequin hops hot side which set the foundation for really saturated hop aromatics - think pineapple and bright citrus..
Nelson and Simcoe then entered the dance through huge whirlpool and dry hop additions which brought a delicious blend of passionfruit, tropical, mango and background pine needles.
This beer is really intense and complex while retaining really clean and gorgeous drinkability.
Saturated In House Saturated Ale (8.0%)
Ahhh Saturateds. An old friend. Our Saturated series is a long running Double IPA series with a fairly simple, but incredibly impactful, premise - single hopped Double IPAs in our house DIPA style.
Saturated in saturated in saturated in.. a collaboration with the wonderful Rar Brewing. Superdelic Cryo, Motueka, Citra and Simcoe on the exchanges.
Looks like hipster wine. Smells like strawberry bootlace sweets and orange sherbet. Tastes like very ripe strawberries, with moderate tangy phenols that promise to become more strident and complex as the beer ages.

Plenty Saturated Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron (8%)
This fluffy DIPA focusses on Motueka, Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron bringing forth all sorts of freshly squeezed lime and intense passionfruit..
Plenty Saturated Citra, Simcoe, Krush (8%)
Soft, fluffy and bursting with Citra, Simcoe & Krush.
Bright mango, peach and tangerine dominate this absolutely gorgeous DIPA

The Sound Machine Grooves is a world where the Salamander and the Hotel Frog exist. This gorgeous DIPA is dripping in Nelson Sauvin, Citra BBC, Krush and Idaho 7. Heady, fruit salad, tropical goodness.

TFY 6 focusses on Freestyle’s experimental hop NZ02 which delivered mango, lemon and big peach aromatics on the sorting table. Paired with Freestyle NZ Cascade and Freestyle Peacharine for a luscious, expressive house style pale ale.
