This mixed fermentation beer has been refermented on locally sourced Damsons. The stones and flesh bring out a vibrant perfume of violets and sweet cherry jam, followed by notes of plum and redcurrant. The skins lend a round tannic quality that gives a superb dry and refreshing finish.
