1 x 375ML - B.A. IMPERIAL HOKUM - 12.8% - BARREL AGED STOUT
Imperial Hokum aged in Bourbon Barrel. As many different dark malts as we could get our hands on feature in this beer, to provide complex layers of sweet, biscuity, chocolatey, roasty, toasty malt goodness. We took a portion of the base beer and aged it in a freshly emptied Bourbon Barrel and let it sit untill the beer took on the vanilla and coconut character from the wood.
We them primed the beer with a small amount of sugar and dosed it with champagne yeast and allowed it to condition for a further 2 months.

1 x 375ML - MEET ME ON THE BEACON - 5.5% - MIXED FERM GOLDEN ALE
This beer is a collaboration with Mills Brewing. One of the leading lights in the UK mixed fermentation and a homage to a certain classic Golden Ale from Belgium. We wanted to try and fuse UK brewing heritage and some of the purported techniques that make this iconic Belgium beer.

1 x 375ML - SURE - 5.8% - MIXED FERM ALE WITH WINE GRAPES
This is a beer of many parts. Carbonically macerated English pinotin grapes from Essex blended with a mixed fermentation beer we brewed with Burning Sky back in 2023. The base beer had moderate levels of acidity and some gentle floral components, the red grape maceration and fermentation was rather full on.
