Beer Releases and General Information
Beers are released on the Webshop once they have been packaged.
For up to date information on which beers are being released, please sign up to our newsletter, or keep a look out on our Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages.
Maximum number of cans we can package into one box is 24.
Shipping is charged at £6.99 per box and we currently use DHL as our courier. The service is next day, but we cannot 100% guarantee this service.
We offer free shipping on webshop orders £60 and over!
Free Shipping available on the last Friday of every month!
If you purchase beers on a Friday, we pick and pack your order on Monday, so the earliest your beer will reach you is Tuesday. We do not dispatch on Bank Holidays, so expect an extra day delay in dispatch of your order in these circumstances.
We are unable to hold stock for customers, prior or during it being available online to purchase.
All product stock we have on site, of apparel and glassware, is listed and once the product shows out of stock, this does genuinely mean that we have no more stock available.

Please note that orders are shipped when you receive an email stating that your order is now completed!
Within this completed email your tracking number will be shown with a link to track your order.
Please note that the tracking details and link are not usually updated by our courier until later the same evening or sometimes early the next day.
Orders are shipped using a next day delivery service. We cannot fully guarantee this service with the courier and sometimes there are delays and problems we cannot control within their networks.
Webshop orders are fulfilled Monday-Thursday.
Our order cut off time on a Thursday is 1pm. Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until the following Monday. In the circumstance that the Monday is a Bank Holiday dispatch will then be on the following Tuesday.
Shipping to the UK mainland only
Shipping fee is £6.99 on orders below £60. Orders £60 and over will be shipped for free!
Collection times –
Monday 8:30 – 17:00, Tuesday 8:30 -17:00, Wednesday 8:30 – 21:30, Thursday 8:30 – 21:30, Friday 8:30 – 21:30, Saturday 12:00 – 21:30, Sunday 12:00 – 17:30.
Collection will be from Unit 27, if within office hours (every weekday 8:30-17:00), please enter the glass fronted building and knock on the internal door. Someone from the office will come down to greet you. During Taproom hours please enter and collect from the main Taproom.
Collection will be the next day – we are not offering same day collections. Collection orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be available to collect until the Monday. Tuesday in the instance that Monday is a bank holiday.
Please wait to receive a notification email that your order is ready to collect before coming to the brewery.
Problems With Your Shipment
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us. If you choose to do this, please contact us at email@example.com and we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information is correct when placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are happy to refund or exchange apparel items returned within 21 days from receipt. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as they were received e.g. new / unworn. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of returns postage. Refunds can take 10-14 days to be processed from the receipt of goods into our warehouse.
We are happy to exchange the same style for a different size and we will send out the replacement for free. For any other exchanges, please return the item for a refund and repurchase the new item.
All our apparel products are carefully checked before being sent out but unfortunately on the odd occasion a product might develop a fault. In the first instance please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue in the quickest possible time.
