This is a mixed fermentation beer made with pressed Ortega grapes from Woodchester Valley Vineyard. Aromas of lemon, gooseberry, and a hint of sea air greet you. The taste is warm citrus, with a light green apple acidity and wheat. The finish has lots of pithy grapefruit as well as a decent amount of oak character vying for your attention. Dig deep or just relax.
