See No Evil is the first of our three part release in collaboration with our good friends at Little Pomona Orchard and Cidery. All of the three releases are a little wild, a little funky and all definitely have echoes of their cider.
See No Evil is our mixed fermentation saison fermented with lees from a Little Pomona fermentation, but is showcased here, naked and as it is.
