This beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and then aged in oak barrels for 1 year. It was re-fermented with strawberries for 4 weeks. It has a beaming aroma, long sherbet like acidity, and soft finish.
This beer gets better with age so we've bundled 2 bottles from the vintage 2022 and 2 bottles of the fresh out of the cask 2023 versions. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the differences in flavour.
