This is a mixed fermentation beer made with pressed Ortega grapes from Woodchester Valley Vineyard. Aromas of lemon, gooseberry, and a hint of sea air greet you. The taste is warm citrus, with a light green apple acidity and wheat. The finish has lots of pithy grapefruit as well as a decent amount of oak character vying for your attention.

This is a mixed fermentation beer made with pressed Regent grapes from Woodchester Valley Vineyard. Aroma is of dark cherry, soft summer berries and some spicy cedar.
The acidity starts warm and rounded, accentuating the cherry character which is followed by stemmy, green tannins. The acidity then returns, brighter and juicier, reminiscent of sour boiled candy.
