This beer was brewed with wheat, fermented and conditioned with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria, and then aged in oak barrels for 1 year. It was re-fermented with strawberries for 4 weeks. It has a beaming aroma, long sherbet like acidity, and soft finish.
This beer gets better with age so we've bundled the vintage 2023 and the of the fresh out of the cask 2024 versions. We'd love to hear your thoughts on the differences in flavour.
